Academic Year 2026

The seminary year comprises two semesters: the spring session (17th February to 30th June, 18 weeks) and the autumn session (15th July to 30th November, 18 weeks). The year concludes with Christmas and winter vacation (14th December 2026 to 14th February 2027).

Timings
• Class Hours: 6 A.M to 9 A.M (Monday to Friday)
• Office Hours: 10:00 A.M to 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
• If the student has any business in the office, make an appointment with registrar.
Mid-term Exams
• Spring Session: 20th to 24th April 2026.
• Autumn Session: 14th to 18th September 2026.
Course Registration
• Complete course registration after midterm exams. Pay the semester bill to finalize registration. Settle all financial obligations to secure your spot in chosen courses. For help with payment options or financial aid, contact the bursar's office or your academic advisor after receiving your semester bill.
• Course registration is started a month before final exams. Complete your registration within this period through the ATS Portal to secure your courses.
• To register, please follow these steps:
  • Go to student login page and enter your login code and secret key.
  • Click on Exam Option.
  • Click Register.
  • Complete the form, ensuring that you clearly indicate your current semester (e.g., First, second, third, fourth, etc.) and the courses you are studying this semester.
  • Submit the form.
  • After submission, you will receive a confirmation within a few hours.
Final Exam Schedule
• The Spring Session final exam: 20th to 30th June 2026.
• Exam: In test portal
  • Time: 7:00-8:30AM
  • Place: ATS
• The Autumn Session final exam: 20th to 30th November 2026.
• Exam Time-Table
Result
• The result will be published on the website one week after the final exam.
• Use your login code and a secret key to access the semester grades.
